The customer who bought once
The first order costs money to win. The second is where the margin is.
What we run. The reorder reminder at the right week, and the new arrival to past buyers.

The basket left at the checkout
Most baskets are abandoned, and a store with no reminder loses them all.
What we run. The recovery email and text, timed for your product, the basket one tap away.

The ones a store asks on the first call. If yours is not here, ask us.
What does an e-commerce marketing agency actually do?
For a small store, four things. Write to the people who have already bought, because the second order is where the margin is. Recover the baskets left at the checkout. Run Shopping and Meta ads that spend where the margin is. And keep the product pages written to the searches people make. A named strategist runs all of it, and you approve the month in one list.
Do you work with Shopify, WooCommerce or something else?
Any of them. Most of the stores we run it for are on Shopify, and the email, the ads and the SEO work the same on WooCommerce, Squarespace or a custom store. Your customer list stays in your name and your platform.
Do you take a percentage of sales or of ad spend?
No. You pay one monthly fee. Ad spend is paid by you to Google and Meta directly, on your own card, and we never mark it up or take a cut of it.
How much does e-commerce marketing cost?
From $249 a month, billed monthly, with no contract and no setup fee. Where yours lands depends on what we run and how much goes through it, and we work it out with you on a twenty minute call.
